Thank You Campaign (2016-2017)

Yes, this is the name of my current weekly newsletter (which you should sign up for here, please and thank you). But Thank You Campaign’s original existence (actually its second existence, technically, but the first is lost to history) began in Indianapolis at a Starbucks as I was stalling before the airport shuttle. The 2016 election has just happened; I was writing my way through it, calling myself An Activist and such, linking to resources and petitions and things to do to feel like the world was not about to convulse into total destruction. I’d write in response to an image, or select an image in response to what I was thinking/writing about, documenting a small set of awakenings and a small rising up.
